"Architectural Brilliance: House Jeviò Designed by DB Estudio de Arquitectura"
The project derives its name from the majestic Jevió tree that stands prominently on the property, serving as the inspiration for its design. Central to the architectural vision are principles of order, modulation, rhythm, and spatial continuity, which shape the layout of the house. Strategically positioned along the property boundary, the house optimizes the garden space. Its L-shaped floor plan features two subtly staggered rectangular volumes on the front facade, concealing the full extent of the perpendicular volume that elegantly extends towards the rear upon entering the interior.
